RETURN & REFUND POLICY​

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, GOSH does not cover potential customs duties or import taxes that may be applied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local customs regulations.

⁠RETURN POLICY

If a product does not meet expectations or the chosen size does not fit, customers have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt.

RETURN CONDITION

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
If the product shows signs of use or is missing its original packaging or tags, GOSH reserves the right to refuse the return.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may vary based on the country of origin.

If the return is compliant: A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

RETURNS DUE TO WRONG SIZE OR PRODUCT DISSATISFACTION

For returns due to non-vendor-related reasons (e.g., wrong size, personal dissatisfaction), GOSH does not cover return shipping costs.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

GOSH  will cover shipping costs only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect, to arrange for a free return or replacement.

⁠NON-COMPLIANT RETURNS

If, after inspection, the returned item is found to be in non-original condition (e.g., damaged, used, or missing original packaging or tags), GOSH will not issue a refund.  The customer may request to have the item shipped back at their expense. Once reshipped, the item will no longer be eligible for return.

FINAL NOTE

GOSH reserves the right to update the refund and return policy at any time.

To initiate a return, access this link and complete the form with your order information.

Once your request is received, we will confirm it and provide return instructions, including the address for shipping the return.

IMPORTANT:

To help us process your return efficiently, you must include a printed note inside the return package containing:

 Your order number

 Your full name

 The item(s) being returned

Returns that do not follow this procedure or do not include the required information in the email or package WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED or processed.
